The Problem with the Pursuit of Purpose, How to Discover What You're Meant to Do + Soul Strategy Readings for Kim Kardashian, Taylor Swift, and Harry Styles
Generally, as we move through early adulthood, we experiment with life as we come into our own. Then as we move through our first Saturn Return around 28 to 32 years old, we begin to consider who we truly are and how we want to show up in the world.
The idea of life purpose - can be really challenging, especially in western culture when we’re often encouraged to pursue our purpose well before we’ve reached this moment of astrological adulthood. For some of us, we’re forced into purpose far too early - when we’re choosing a major in college or deciding what interests, passions, or hobbies to consider as side hustles to make money.
Purpose can feel like quite an elusive thing - many of us are seeking purpose in our jobs - and hey - we’re human beings, money is a requirement to sustain our lives and we spend the majority of our time at work.
Depending on your background, you may also understand purpose as something to be sacrificed for others - whether that’s for your family, your kids, or your church - there’s often programming that the pursuit of purpose is selfish or greedy.
When I consider purpose and how it’s discussed in this episode, it’s through the lens of what your soul incarnated on this planet to do. Typically our souls didn’t incarnate to do just one thing, and certainly, you didn’t incarnate solely to work. Your soul doesn’t expect that you had it all figured out by age 18.
We incarnate to discover life — exploring life lessons, transformations, relationships, experiences, and how we make an impact.
I love using the North Node in partnership with Human Design to truly get a sense of life purpose. In this episode, I’m reading the charts of Kim Kardashian, Taylor Swift, and Harry Styles to give you perspective on what these charts have to tell us.

Our destiny and soul purpose are written in the stars, and you can unlock them by understanding the lunar nodes in your birth chart: the north and south nodes. The north node represents our growth areas and the life lessons we’re integrating.
What is The Incarnation Cross?
The Incarnation Cross is comprised of four gates on your Human Design chart.
These are the four gates you’ve incarnated with in order to make your specific life experience the best it can be. Gates represent our gifts. The gifts of the Incarnation Cross were chosen by your soul before birth as you considered the life experience you were interested in having this go round.
Each of these gates offers a specific set of learnings, practices, and information on purpose. The four gates on the Incarnation Cross are the two Sun gates and the two Earth gates.

The gates that make up Kim’s Incarnation Cross are gates 50, 3, 56, and 60. In this episode, I’ll walk you through the Archetype of each of these four gates and how they give us a picture of what Kim is here to do on this planet.
