The Summer Reset: A 4-Part Hot Girl Wellness Tune-Up To Help You Feel Your Best
We have the power to cultivate our well-being, just as we have the power to manifest by design. Will you choose to cultivate your emotional, spiritual, mental, and physical health this summer or stay in your comfort zone?
It’s time to cultivate a new way of showing up for yourself every day. There’s beauty in collapsing our old systems and structure. We find our power by re-designing our days – moving away from living in comfort and reactivity and into high vibrational and intentional practices.
I’ve worked with thousands of entrepreneurs, creatives, and wellness aficionados over the last decade, and I find these brilliant, inspiring, and engaging people have similar life challenges. They experience a general lack of clarity and purpose and have a desire for a personal well-being plan that sticks.
There’s often not enough time in the day, scattered focus and direction, and a suppressed connection to intuition. In this reset, tap into four key realms of life - the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual - to take charge of creating your biggest life ever.
Each of us deserves an opportunity to feel our best, restore our health and well-being, and live with happiness and joy.
The Four Realms for a Hot Girl Wellness Tune-Up
The Spiritual:
Evaluate your sense of purpose, higher calling, connection to the divine, and your co-creation relationship with the universe. Uncover where you’re spiritually bypassing or being guided by superstition. Being in a growth mindset and cultivating your relationship with the universe allow you to become a manifesting machine.
The Emotional:
Take an honest look at how you feel. Consider your emotional state of being and how you’re taking care of yourself. Explore ways to release old habits and patterns - letting go of what may make you feel bad inside. Evaluate your relationships to see which need more care or which have run their course. Learn practices to shift out of low vibrational frequency emotions like frustrations, envy, and anger and into higher vibrational emotions like empathy, compassion, and joy.
The Mental:
Our daily news feeds bombard us with reasons to feel overwhelmed at any given hour of the day. In this age of anxiety, taking time to disconnect from the world's speed and then reconnect with intention is without a doubt so needed. This is your opportunity to detox and then fill up the mind in fresh ways.
Evaluate what you’re consuming: what you watch and listen to, and your scrolling habits, and then decide what you want to learn this season. What will nourish your brain and spark inspiration, creativity, and expansion? Make learning commitments and create accountability plans to hold yourself to it.
The Physical:
Take a look at your physical space first - decluttering and purging the things in your surroundings that don’t match the vibration you’re cultivating. Dig through your closet and your beauty cabinet, and schedule time for a deep clean. Then work from the outside in; understanding the outer world is often a reflection of the inner.
Take a look at how you’re eating and hydrating - understanding that what we put into our bodies affects our energy and how we show up. Investigate your movement and meditation practices and make new commitments to create accountability for yourself. Create sacred space both inside and out will supercharge your manifestation practice.
