Accountability in Manifestation, the Wisdom of Kabbalah, Getting Curious About Life, and Failure as a Key to Spiritual Growth with Monica Berg

What does accountability really mean in manifestation? This episode opens with thoughts on how to find deep accountability in your manifestation practice. Accountability goes beyond finding a partner or coach to help see you through your goals. You also have to learn to be accountable to yourself and the Universe.

One of the easiest ways to rewire your brain to keep you accountable is to change your internal dialogue.

That means replacing phrases like:
🚩 “Money isn’t everything.”
🚩 “When I have X amount of money, I’ll finally be stress-free.”
🚩 “I’m not good with money.”
🚩 “I have to work hard for money.”

With affirmational statements like:
💰 “My life is abundant.”
💰 “Money flows easily and freely to me.”
💰 “I am a money magnet.”
💰 “Money comes to me in both expected & unexpected ways.”

But you can’t stop there. Getting to the next level looks like this:

✔️ Unblocking subconscious limiting beliefs, restore your confidence & heal your relationship with yourself.

✔️ Stopping the practice of settling for less than you’re worth and stepping into a new paradigm of receiving wealth without the hustle, shame, or guilt.

✔️ Increasing your magnetism, thrive in a purposeful career, & manifest love of self and with others.

✔️ Activating exponential opportunities and co-create the life of your dreams.

I also have a guest on today’s show: meet Monica Berg.

Monica Berg, Co-Director & Chief Communications Officer for Kabbalah Centre Internationa

Monica is on a mission to show individuals how to live as the powerful, fulfilled people they’ve always wanted to be.

Monica Berg is the author of Fear Is Not an Option and Rethink Love, co-hosts the Spiritually Hungry podcast, and serves as Co-Director & Chief Communications Officer for Kabbalah Centre International.

Monica is a fresh voice that channels the powerful internal spark of Light living within us all. Authentic and fearless, she reminds us of our extraordinary potential and pushes us onward with compassion and understanding.

While informed by her many years of kabbalistic study, Monica also draws heavily on her own personal life experiences. She battled and overcame a debilitating eating disorder at a young age, and as a mother of four children, one of whom has special needs, she has become an outspoken advocate for him and others struggling to find their voice.

Her personal endeavors have taught her how the practical wisdom of Kabbalah can bring light and strength into even the most challenging experiences by changing the one thing we can control, ourselves.

A self-professed change junkie, Monica shares her combination of wisdom and real-life awareness with talks found compelling to a wide range of men and women at different stages in their lives. She leads people to not only see how they can change (change is the only constant in life) but inspires them to get excited about a lifestyle of change.

In the episode we discuss:
